All transactions are processed securely via Tap Payments. Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and may be subject to applicable taxes. Once payment is confirmed, customers will receive a download link via email and WhatsApp. Download links remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

4.Refunds & Cancellations :

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be offered once the download link has been issued. In case of technical issues (e.g., download failure), customers should contact support for assistance.

5.User Responsibilities :

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information (email & phone number) to receive their purchased content. Sharing purchased content with third parties is prohibited unless explicitly licensed for commercial use.

6.Account & Access :

Access to photos is managed via OTP (One Time Password) authentication using the customer’s phone number. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their own access credentials and devices.

7.WhatsApp Notifications :

By purchasing from this website, you consent to receiving order confirmations and download links via WhatsApp. This service is for automated notifications only, not for chat or customer support conversations.

8.Limitation of Liability :

While we strive to maintain the best service, Mahdi MalAllah is not responsible for any interruptions, technical errors, or third-party service failures (e.g., payment gateway, hosting, WhatsApp API). Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
